Fairview Public Library respects the governor’s plea for non-essential business to close. We will be open Wednesday March 18 until 5pm to allow people to pick up any pending interlibrary load items or to stock up on books.
At 5pm on Wednesday March 18, we will close to the public. Books can still be returned in the book slot on the porch and no fines will accrue during the closure.
The library will definitely be closed through April 1 (two weeks) and we will re-evaluate the situation at that time.
Please remember, the public computers have already been shut down but WiFi for use outside the building is always on.
Also, we are limiting the number of people in the library at one time so a wait is possible.
