Governor Cuomo announced there will be a new unemployment form.

The system will be down between 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 9 to upload the new form. After that, the new form will be available.

If there are questions or you leave missing information on the form, the state will call you. You don’t have to call the state. They will call you within 72 hours.
